Sanadna Platform - Al-Takhi Wal-Wafa Fund

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the "Sanadna" platform (Al-Takhi Wal-Wafa Fund), you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

The platform provides services for managing subscriptions and contributions, submitting claims and applications for social support programs, the family tree, consultations, and coordination among family members and the fund committee.

3. User Account

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep your login credentials confidential. Account activation is subject to approval by the fund administration, which may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments are processed via the approved "Moyasar" gateway. Subscriptions and contributions are binding upon payment completion, and claims are subject to review and approval procedures per the fund's regulations.

5. User Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and verified information in applications and claims.
• Not using the platform for unlawful or regulatory-violating purposes.
• Not misusing family tree data or sharing it without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform strives to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform is not liable for any indirect loss arising from use, and claims are processed according to the fund's approved regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs of the platform are owned by the Al-Takhi Wal-Wafa Fund and may not be used without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

The platform may update these terms as needed, and any material change will be announced through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
